View, modify or delete personal data

You have the right to review, correct or delete the personal data we have received from you. This is entirely possible via your personal pages on the website where your data can be viewed and changed. These pages also provide insight into your order and payment history that Broodbaar has stored.

The removal of all personal data that we have available can be requested via the personal pages. This action is irreversible and will erase all personal data we have and anonymize the order history. This is possible when there are no outstanding amounts on your account and your last order is at least 3 months in the past.

For customers who pay by means of an invoice, we are bound by the legal obligations, removing documents that may contain personal data is only possible 7 years after the last invoice date.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of the data, to object to the processing or to make your data transferable in a computer file.   • Online payment traffic is handled by external payment providers. Broodbaar does not receive or store details about our payment methods in any way. This communication takes place directly with the PCI certified payment providers.

  • We make backups of our data in order to be able to repair these in case of physical or technical errors
